Yoga with Ann, whilst Estilo String Quartet play, is unmissable.
Ann Pidcock and Estilo String Quartet have created a unique and life affirming vinyasa yoga experience. Yoga Ab Alto Acknowledges the benefits that music can bring to movement. They develop the relationship between sound, breath and movement by incorporating yoga teaching with live music from a string quartet performing an eclectic set of classical and chamber-pop tracks to inspire and invigorate.
Previous sessions have featured music by Arvo Pärt, JS Bach and arrangements of tracks from artists including Beyoncé, Nick Cave and Sigur Rós.
Yoga Ab Alto is open to yoga lovers of all abilities and experience. After the 90 minute yoga event draws to a close with a long Savasana, we invite you to share a cup of hot chocolate with us, before making your way outside to continue your day. Perhaps a walk around Clissold Park, or a late lunch at one of Stokey's many restaurants.
