Sound Healing Therapist and ambient musician Simone Salvatici will hold an extraordinary Sound Journey and Gong Meditation at the potent and resonant Old Church in Stoke Newington.
This special Sound journeying is a ceremony where the space will have an intention for self-reflection and co-creation through sound.
After a short guided relaxation, a meditative soundscape will be created with the sounds of different planetary Gongs Earth and Sun, Himalayan Bowls, Bells, Conch, flutes and more.
