About the event
LUNGS is a queer choir based in North East London. Formed in January 2025 and led by Mars West, the group focuses on contemporary and experimental arrangements across classical, folk, and popular music. The choir uses flexible, non-fixed parts and unconventional arrangements.
Their first performance took place in May 2025 at The George Tavern, followed by a State51 session with Jessica Winter and, in January 2026, an appearance as a guest choir with The Pink Singers at Cadogan Hall.
